A family in the UK recently lost their baby boy, “22 months at death”, following post vaccination adverse drug interactions. Up until that point their baby had received the full slate of injections typical for his age group. At 6 months he began to experience ongoing convulsions/seizures. His neurologist then chose to prescribe him a set of experimental drugs (none of which are officially licensed for use in infants): ‘Sodium Valproate’ or ‘Valproic Acid’ (Anticonvulsant, antipsychotic – anti-seizure medication), ‘Keppra’ or ‘Levetiracetam’ (antiepileptic drug) & ‘Clobazam’ (benzodiazepine type anticonvulsant) – ostensibly to quell his seizures. Initially he was put on a combination of Sodium Valproate & Keppra. A decision was then made to switch Keppra for Clobazam, as, per the neurologist in charge, “It was clearly making him worse.” There was speculation of possible Dravet’s Syndrome (severe myoclonic epilepsy in infancy). At no time during this phase were the parents ever consulted or briefed on the authorization of these drug combinations given to their child.
There is ample scientific literature pointing to an escalation of symptoms once specific drugs are combined. The father subsequently learned, “Clobazam makes the Sodium valproate over react by something like 70%”. Further, ‘When clobazam is added to a therapy regimen that includes valproic acid, the patient should be closely followed for possible adverse drug reactions caused by elevated valproic acid serum concentrations, and monitoring of valproate serum levels should be considered’ [see here.]…’Valproic acid may cause serious or life threatening damage to the liver…greatest in children who are younger than 2 years of age and in people who are taking more than one medication to prevent seizures…any condition that affects the ability to think, learn, and understand.’ [see here.]
The parents, now estranged, marked the date of what would have been their child’s 2nd birthday in solemn remembrance of their son; born August 4, 2009, died June 21, 2011. The father duly noted “Each time he was given shots he seemed to have seizures…overdose symptoms were heart block, coma, death.” Max, may you rest in peace.
Note: One way fair justice will be served in this instance is directly through the courts. Whether this child died prematurely due to gross incompetence or well-meaning ignorance, a financial settlement will be reached at some point. However one glaring factor remains that we must consider – a family put their trust in an Industry sworn to protect the innocent. And yet they were not briefed on the synergistic nature of anti-seizure medications when combined. Nor were they prepared for the seizures which suddenly gripped their child at 6 months, the result of vaccine induced Encephalitis, inflammation of the brain & meninges (Meningoencephalitis) manifesting as ‘diffuse and/or focal neuropsychological dysfunction‘.
Whose responsibility was this? Certainly most parents aren’t versed in the hard science & reasoning behind vaccine methodology. Who can blame them, given these hurried modern times? But if that is the case, then isn’t it the obligation of doctors making these pivotal life-changing decisions to have all the facts straight beforehand? This child is unfortunately gone. But the message still resonates and his legacy will hopefully serve as a burning light of truth for parents throughout our communities, that it is now time to step back and rethink the entire concept of “herd immunity”.

Vaccine injuries are not nearly so rare as those who benefit from the sale of vaccines would like us to believe.

Corrected post!Believe me, your story is not so unlike what our baby girl went through! And just makes me sad, yet restless! That our children have suffered so much, my daughter was having problems with every Dpt, progressively worsening, only we didn’t see the connection. Until October 30..1995 MMR/HIB set her back causing daily vommitting and diarreah so severe they tested for ecoli(Negative). Over the next three months she lost weight she was 16 months and because she had hypoxia at birth when her heart stopped twice with multiple decelerations of heart rate. She should have been born c-section but the physician Glassman of LV.,NV. left the delivery room saying he would gone for 10 mins.- he was 2 hours during which the Mom was in transition with a baby to large to pass through the birth canal stuck, she was forcefully delivered by two attending anethesiologistsand the Dr 2 hours later. She had some birth trauma and did not respond well but received apgars 8-9 anyway! The baby was rooming in but was taken for hours to the nursery, we were told they had to work on her some by an attending nurse. Anyway she was progressing well, had some minor leakage while nursing causing a wet neck (sign of brain injury, we didn’t know). Aside from mild weakness on one side she seemed well, was growing and gaining, a very happy baby! Then 3 months following the MMR/HIB and even though our daughter was diagnosed with severe gastroenteritis, an attending physician after hearing parents concern about her last vaccine problems which she was not fully healed from continuing to vomit frequently. The Dr. stated they had a safer DPT a DTap which is what he recommended they give my daughter and said “She’ll be fine, this a safer one.” Within hours our daughter spiked a fever and over the next week she had a fever that hit 107 even with dosing alternately tylenol and ibuprofen(which she shouldn’t of had due to breathing problems associated with her high-fever)Grand-mal seizures set-in our daughter was hospitalized for two days with IV drip and ativan dosed. Put on Phenobarbitol which she had an allergic reaction too eventually along with every seizure med we tried. Her seizures worsened with meds. or the meds. totally made her lethargic and tired….not a quality of life and all of the seizure meds caused seizures to worsen and happen more frequent. Our child did not die, instead she has been through more trauma from a bad surgery in 1999 which nearly killed her from malpractice! I have fought for my daughters rights as well as ours…And our lives were turned upside down by this vaccine injury…I wish I didn’t have that story to tell but my little girl means the world to me….and I am sad that she might have had a better quality of life if she wouldn’t have those last two vaccines….turns out after records and tests compared as well as notes and journals…Our daughter had bad reactions from the very first shot at a few days of age…and over the months as we pieced it all together it was just progressively worsening….Until her immune system and digestive tract were compromised. And after her hospitalization in Feb. 1996 our baby came home after two days in the hospital and never did regain full use of her hands and her digestive system was so messed up she had to have a feeding tube and fundoplication to stop the vommitting, the feeding tube was only to supplement! We did not expect it to turn into a primary source of her feeding…I miss my little girl too! She is currently in a rehab. and they told us they would help- it’s been a rough road for her and us!
